Their workers never left their worksite cluttered. When they left for the day the site was always clean up. JMS was on time with their work and within budget. We had our main bathroom remodeled by JMS. The bathroom looks great and the shower is something we are very happy with. We had outside work done as well. We had siding put on, our windows calked and repaired, new doors hung, two new outside faucets replaced and the entire outside of our house painted. Quality work by a quality work force led by courteous and knowledgeable owners, Jason Smith and Nathan Wallace. It's been over a month now and it looks like the leak is finally sorted out. They were fast, very professional, inexpensive and effective. What else could you ask for.”

“I have used City Lights for 3 major renovation jobs in the past 13 years. We purchased a 90 year old Arts & Crafts bungalow style home in St. Louis that needed updating. Randy at City Lights listened, brought skilled craftsmen, adhered to budget and timeframes and helped us make our house our home. We spent $30K on the first renovation which included re-routing a stair case, renovating the kitchen and updating a master bedroom. We spent about $15K on the 2 subsequent renovations which included finishing the basement with bath installation and updating the master bath. Our updates blend perfectly with the historic features, leaving us with ease and convenience.”

Rick met with us promptly (some other firms we contacted took weeks to respond) and impressed us with his thoroughness and knowledge. He explained why we should use particular products to ensure a waterproof bathroom and provided an extremely detailed proposal. Between the age of the bathroom and the potential for water damage, we decided on demolition down to the studs and starting over. The only thing not replaced was the tub. Fortunately there wasn't any water damage, however, there were a few hiccups along the way that Rick dealt with quickly and professionally. Rick and his workers, either direct or subcontractors, were courteous and on time. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail throughout the process.”

Trey (the owner) is so helpful with ideas for finishes, trim and tile. His lead carpenter is a real Master of his craft and does not cut corners. Their sub contractors are just as professional as their direct employees. Would hire them again in a minute. Jobs were two master baths, master bedroom and a staircase including custom bannister.”
