“The design, construction team and office manager are professionals and were very pleasant to bring my 5 x 10’ bathroom to fruition. Also, they were very flexible with any adjustments and paid attention to detail. Our bathroom went from 2000 basic contractor grade to spa-like feel: radiant heated floor & shower, walnut vanity with under mount floor illumination, marble up-graded tile, and plenty of lighting choices! We highly recommend Custom Cuts Construction.”

“We hired Adrian for our covered Patio and outdoor kitchen project. He immediately contacted an architect and engineer for the drawings and plans. He was extremely easy to work with and available at a moment's notice with our questions and concerns. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend him for your home project. We absolutely love the outcome of our project and the quality of the work performed. I have high standards and he met those by far, as well as his great disposition. “V-builders refinished my cabinets, tile work, and painting in my kitchen. They also did some work replacing doors, base boards and painting in the rest of my house. They did an excellent job. The estimates were fair and accurate. They were on time, efficient, and had some great ideas to help create the look I wanted. Friendly and easy to work with I would recommend V-builders to everyone.”

Marius and his crew are amazing at what they do but what I love best is how much of a problem solver Marius is. In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. “NewKey has been by far the best GC in the Bay area I have ever worked with. From the start of planning, to the coordination with their subs and team members for installs, they have been very detail oriented. As challenges arise which they always do, they actually pick up the phone when you call and work on resolutions within hours not days or weeks! “Golden Heights remodeled our kitchen and we love it! The project required moving one interior wall, moving a door and windows and adding two windows. The house is stronger now with better shoring and support than before. We felt that Golden Heights was a one-stop shop with a network of designers, engineers, architects, electricians and of course, builders. Neryah was our project manager; he guided the process from start to finish. Neryah spent hours listening to our ideas and making sure that every detail was planned for ahead of time. He helped make design and lighting choices, shopped for tile with me, and designers from GH identified the perfect cabinet source for us. Once we were given a contracted price there were no increases or change orders except for what we wanted to add (removing crown molding and painting another room). Eran talked me into a pot filler over the stove (no extra charge for installation) and guess what...I use it almost every day. The construction crew that showed up each morning were courteous, friendly, hard working. Every day they cleaned up and made our house as livable as possible. Shout out to Ulysses and Memo! Golden Heights took care of foundation work, framing, stucco, texturing, painting, floor and cabinet installation, tiling, plumbing, electrical...all the things. Neryah is a perfectionist who insisted a few times that work be done the more difficult yet right way, even when we would have probably been satisfied otherwise. The amount of time the crew spent on the project was much less important to him than having it done the best way. Of course we had a couple of hiccups along the way, but never anything that caused us worry or conflict. Neryah is a problem solver for sure. We are typically DIY people (we have remodeled our three bathrooms, installed flooring, painted everything, husband used to build cabinets) but this project was too big for us. As fairly knowledgable folks, we can recommend Golden Heights as knowing their remodeling stuff.”
