“Greenleaf Remodeling has consistently gone above and beyond my expectations. I have entrusted Greenleaf Remodeling to take the lead on several home improvement projects. From estimate to completion, their work is always first class. I was particularly impressed with the spectacular plan they devised to install a dual zone central air unit into my 1930's Cape Cod style home. They were able add the units and duct work throughout the house with minimal effects on the existing layout. The house retains its original charm with the addition of year round comfort. If you are looking for a top-notch professional capable of handling projects both large and small, I recommend contacting Greenleaf Remodeling.”

“We recently had a large scale addition added to our kitchen, great room, master bed and bath. From our first consultation to the last inspection, the staff at Smithouse were always extremely friendly and professional. After several years of thinking and talking about remodeling our out of date kitchen and living room/dinning room space, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about Smithouse so we contacted Dave and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs and communicated flawlessly. New kitchen island, stainless steel sink, granite counter tops, tile back splash, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting….so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the finished product, that came in on budget and in less time that estimated. JP who managed the project, was professional, courteous, and on time every day. The crew that he brought was phenomenal, from start to finish the delivered, and cleaned up every step of the way. We missed them when they were gone, but 5 stars to the crew and our whole experience with Smithouse…we would definitely do it all again! Loving our new addition!”

“Used Clockwork Builders twice now with wonderful results. John Riley and his crew were amazing to work with. Bill was the gentleman who worked on both our bathrooms and gave us many useful suggestions. His suggestions really did help to make our bathrooms more functional and beautiful. The work was done with extreme care, thoughtfulness, and craftsmanship. Two bathrooms full of tile work and Bill did not break or miss cut a single tile! Yes, I now have extra tiles since you are supposed to allot for breakage. Clockwork Builders work on all size projects and treats everyone as if theirs is a million dollar project. Our friends inspected our bathrooms and were so impressed they hired John to redo their bathroom and are extremely pleased with the results. I will be calling John for our next remodeling job. Thank you.”
