“I'm sorry it took so long to get this review out because we were so very pleased with the work we had done by GNR Services. Rich was very personable, professional, on time and did quality work. We were in a bind to get a bathroom re-modeled before our mother came home from a senior care center. She is elderly and had fallen and broke her ankle and foot. We wanted her to come home to a safe bathroom where she was comfortable and could manage on her own. Rich was able to accommodate us by installing a walk in shower in a short time. He had to adjust some plumbing, walls and put in new fixtures. Believe me when I say he had his work cut out for him because he was working in an old farm house where one thing lead to the next challenge. We were very happy with the results and would highly recommend him.”
