He kept us informed throughout of unexpected developments and their consequences, including costs, and offered helpful advice on the ways to address them. His crew was conscientious, respectful and cleaned up to allow us to live in the home through the bulk of the construction. Pat liaised effectively with kitchen installers and others needed throughout the project. His team's work was of consistent high quality. Since completing the first renovation we have hired Pat again for two additional projects - a renovation of our basement bedroom and bathroom, and the installation of a new fence. “We hired Jason and his team for a renovation/update to our 17 year old home after he gave us an in-home consultation on our plans. We are “handy” homeowners and enjoy a good project but I was thankful over and over during our renovation for Jason’s management of the flow of jobs.
