“Nightingale Co. exceeded our expectations! As a realtor and investor, I have worked with several contractors and subcontractors. From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project. From woodwork, to custom cabinetry, to paint, our home has been seamlessly transformed with an unrivaled attention to detail. Nightingale Co is extremely high level and therefore they get my highest level of recommendation!”

Christian has turned our cramped, inefficient 1930 kitchen into a more spacious, beautiful and useful space. Clever design details and skilled craftsmanship are always foremost when working with Christian and his team. We know we can count on them to creatively and cost efficiently tackle those unforeseen issues inherent in old house renovation. Their suggestions to fine tune the kitchen design details have added great value and utility to our original plan. “Cordero and Corey did an excellent job on my bathroom. I wasn't sure about the design all I knew was this terrible pink had to go! Cordero went above and beyond helping me pick out items. Once demo began we encountered plumbing issues and old pipes. The team was able to assure me this would be no problem to fix. I am completely in love with my new bathroom (especially the Bluetooth ventilation system) and can't wait to have you all make my kitchen beautiful! Thank you for always showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and keeping the lines of communication open whenever I had concerns or a new problem occurred.”

“Haig Construction renovated our half bath. Our home was built in 1939 and we wanted the bath to keep in the character of the decade in which the house was built. We wanted a new low-flow toilet and the wash basin had to be replaced because the built-in faucet dripped and could not be repaired. In addition, the space is very tight with the door just clearing the wash basin. They worked with us to find a replacement sink from a reuse center with the same profile as our old sink and looked original to the home. They also helped us find a low-flow toilet looked vintage. The demolition and reconstruction was all completed within 5 business days and included installing a beautiful marble tile floor. They stand behind their work and respond very quickly to phone calls.”

“Brian and his crew replaced the gables on our two story house and raccoon proofed them for us. In addition, we had some large trees fall on to our roof and second floor deck. They fixed everything and made it better and stronger than it had been previously. The work and workers are extremely professional and quality oriented. We are extremely happy with the finished project and have hired them to do more work for us. Highly recommend.”

“I used MLN Builders to tearout, rebuild and expand my wooden deck. We used Trex. The results are fabulous! Work was timely and neat. Workers cleaned up the site every night. We had extra Trex left and MLN suggested adding benches. What a great idea I had not considered! Love the results! It transformed my backyard. I live out there in the summer.”

“Superior did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. I was impressed with the prep done to prevent dirt and dust from going all over the house. The workers were here every day and on time. They were very friendly and polite. They consulted us on every item which needed an opinion by us. The total tear down and rebuild was done without a flaw. The tile laying, grouting, caulking and painting were excellently done. Cleanup was done very good also. I would highly recommend Superior to anyone and plan to use them in the future on more projects.”
