“I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). They took care of all of my needs and met all of my expectations! Thank you Spectrum One. I will differently recommend them to all of my friends and family and will use their services again when we are ready for our next project!”

Their work is high quality with attention to detail, they are timely, efficient and professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right from researching the right materials to pulling permits and being up to date on current regulations. First we hired them to do our floor installation in our new home then we just kept bringing them back. To date now they have done our floors, our bathroom tiling, they finished the mudding in our garage, laid an epoxy floor in our garage, built us a fireplace and did a HUGE renovation of our backyard complete with installed electrical and gas lines, pavers, retaining walls with full french drains, an epic staircase and a waterfall. Juan and his crew are kind, communicative and so respectful. Even my neighbors have commented that they are kind and polite. “Worked with Martin to build an ADU in the back of my Campbell home. Martin helped me start to finish. He helped me to design the ADU inside and out. He had some greats ideas that I loved . He was able to advise on how to get laundry area built in this smaller ADU. I was very impressed with his skills. He completed the job in the time frame he told me. He did all the foundation and the framing at such a fast place even I was surprised. The roofing and walls where like child's play to Martin.
