“I want to sincerely thank Harpe Development for our beautiful home. With 4 children now, we really out grew our previous house and it was time for an upgrade. And WHAT an upgrade it is! Building a house is not the easiest thing to do especially when you re not handy or design savvy. But Dustin, Cory, John & Jason really made the process an easy one. I can t imagine if I didn t have Cory & John to help me pick all the things that make a house beautiful and a good fit for my family. Any request I had was always granted, but not before we discussed our options and pricing first. That s what I loved the most. There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. Thank you everyone for the beautiful home! We look forward to a lifetime of memories thanks to you!”

“We moved to Wisconsin after a 37 year absence. We decided to reinforce our basement walls and then eventually add an all seasons addition to our living room area. Basten's construction did the work on both endeavors. We could not be more pleased. Work was methodical and they always kept us informed. Our addition of an all reasons room looks like something our of a magazine. They even put in sky lights in the ceiling of the living room so we could get maximum light. Highly recommended.”

“We worked with Renz construction on a couple of projects for our Lake House. They did a fantastic job with a partial kitchen re-do, and our fabulous new deck facing the lake. They created a waterproof space below the deck so we could incorporate a ceiling fan, can lights, and outdoor sound system. It is our favorite place to relax with a drink and watch the incredible sunsets.”

The work crew and partners for Bartow Builders are top notch in their fields, and are also friendly and a pleasure to work with. The customer service and attention to detail are exceptional. The quality of construction was superb. The builder listened closely to everything that we wanted and helped us bring it to life. The builder early in the process suggested we use the Houzz site to look for room designs and styles that we like, and to flag them as our "favorites", because then it was much easier to explain to the builder and the sub-contractors our preferences. The use of the Houzz site was very beneficial to help us explain our preferences. This builder is also well respected in our community.”

“We hired them to do some roofing, creative trim work, and design a sunroom. We ended up not using the sunroom -- not because of their design -- which was excellent -- but because we purchased a packaged sunroom conservatory instead. They were understanding. The work they did for us was done in exactly the timeframe they stated (unheard of in WI) and done perfectly. I have already referred them to several people.”

“Professional, courteous, honest, precise, fair, reliable, and quality performance. Mark Anderson and Terry Hammack are hands on contractors with highly skilled crews. I used them 20 years ago to remodel our 1920s four square house. They stayed true to the design of the home and the work they did is structurally sound and timeless in design. This year we hired them to build a 26 x 12 combination den, bath, laundry room addition. Even the neighbors are amazed at how Anderson & Hammack have created a space that appears as though it were part of the original construction. Seamless design. They are not the lowest bidders but not the highest either. They pay their crew competitive wages and benefits and treat them like family. In turn, their crew are held to the highest quality workmanship. The job site is always neat and clean at days end. We are excited for the project to be underway and glad to have Mark & Terry managing the job.”
