“Once again Watermark Homes team of professionals delivers outstanding service and results with this our 2nd home renovation project with them. Christian has turned our cramped, inefficient 1930 kitchen into a more spacious, beautiful and useful space. Clever design details and skilled craftsmanship are always foremost when working with Christian and his team. We know we can count on them to creatively and cost efficiently tackle those unforeseen issues inherent in old house renovation. Their suggestions to fine tune the kitchen design details have added great value and utility to our original plan. It was again a pleasure to have the Watermark craftsmen and their well coordinated subcontractors working in our home. Always considerate and efficient, the team works hard to deliver high quality finishes to surprise and delight the homeowner. We recommend Watermark Homes without reservation.”

“Adaptive Building Solutions helped us do a remodel on our home in 2012. They moved an staircase, expanded a bathroom, and added a closet. We were happy with the work ABS did for us - particularly the lovely built-in woodwork (shelves, bench, etc.). His price was more competitive than others who gave us quotes and was helpful in thinking about ways to adjust the project scope to keep us in budget. He was flexible along the way as we thought of minor additional changes we wanted to make. We would recommend Mike to others.”

“Entire house remodel-roofing, windows, siding, stonework, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, mudroom addition were all completed. This company has wonderful and insightful ideas. Staff is clean, respectful and punctual. Felt very comfortable leaving them in my home alone. Have told friends to utilize services too.”

“Haig Construction renovated our half bath. Our home was built in 1939 and we wanted the bath to keep in the character of the decade in which the house was built. We wanted a new low-flow toilet and the wash basin had to be replaced because the built-in faucet dripped and could not be repaired. In addition, the space is very tight with the door just clearing the wash basin. They worked with us to find a replacement sink from a reuse center with the same profile as our old sink and looked original to the home. They also helped us find a low-flow toilet looked vintage. The demolition and reconstruction was all completed within 5 business days and included installing a beautiful marble tile floor. They stand behind their work and respond very quickly to phone calls.”

“Riemco built our lake home. They were exceptionally professional, knowledgable and timely. Their attention to detail and focus on pleasing the customer was a plus for house. Our house is beautiful, and the envy of many of our neighbors. We are so pleases with the quality of our home from the ground up. Their general contractor was very easy to work with and thorough with every step. They made building our first home a pleasure and would highly recommend their family owned company.”
