Devrite Homes of Distinction is owned and operated by husband and wife team Ron and Jay Mangano who are Registered Builders with Diploma’s in Building and Construction. Ron and Jay have been building homes in Perth for over 17 years and they know what it takes to deliver an outstanding home. They do this by building productive relationships with clients, professional tradespeople, and maintaining personal contact throughout the duration of your project. Unfortunately for us, we had an issue with our bathroom floor tiling in our house, and the response from Devrite I believe was nothing short of pathetic. After taking close to 2 months to inspect the issue, we continued for a further 4 months to go around in circles without action. The only way we progressed was by lodging a complaint with the building commission. Devrites claim that our tiles "surface tension" was to blame for the issue, not the fact that the tiles were laid "dead flat".... Only admitting to that much later in the process. We received and email from Devrite once we advised them of our intentions to lodge a complaint with the commission accusing us of "bullying and threatening" through the entire build, but they had clearly forgotten of an email sent by Devrite a few month earlier stating "I wish all of their clients were like us". We don't know why they felt a need to fabricate such an email, and can only assume they wanted to try and paint us as bad people for any further issues. For us, it's really just showed how little back up we had when things went wrong.

Ron and Jay show undying dedication to ensuring quality builds with a great understanding of construction and an eye for detail. Devrite Homes of Distinction is a rare builder that genuinely takes pride in the quality of the homes they build. Devrite oversee every aspect of the build and only work with suppliers that support their products long after the home has been handed over.
