The first contact we made with Bianca and Drage was more than a year prior to us commencing the renovations. I was surprised that they had kept the initial designs that we made. They were very accommodating in meeting times. Even with some language barriers with my parents, they both were very patience, and felt that they were very engaged with them during the times that I was not available to meet with them face to face. The timelines were pretty much on the spot during the construction. They listen to our concerns and brought some perspective to the ideas. Seeing Drage personally onsite made us feel a very hands on approach during the construction. Bianca always give me a set deadline of when certain things needs to be decided such as tiles, colours. When the house was ransacked over the Christmas/New Year period, they rushed back from their holidays and met up with us at the house. They even organised a report with the police for which I am extremely grateful. After that, Drage made wooden stakes to push against the windowsill so that it cannot be opened as additional security for all of the windows. If there is another chance to either build or renovate, definitely will approach them again.

Drage and Bianca provided a consummately professional service from the start of our build to the finish. It's hard to put into words just how happy we are with the result- our house is nothing short of amazing to live in and we are very happy with Drage's workmanship. Bianca and Drage patiently answered every question, were always available to communicate with us in a timely fashion, and when they had a suggestion it was always worth listening to, given their wealth of experience. They dealt with every curveball that came their way during the build and made it as stress-free an experience as possible for us. We have been personally recommending DTS to everyone we know who is looking for a good builder, as our own experience showed us it can be very hard to find one!

We engaged dts builders to completed significant renovations to our apartment. Work included total renovation of two bathrooms, creation of a study nook, relocation of laundry, retiling of balconies and carpet replaced with timber flooring. Drage managed the project and completed the work to a high level of workmanship. Bianca provided many interior design options and suggestions. Selection for taps and tiling was all completed without us needing to leave our home, as Drage and Bianca would bring samples for us to select, We highly recommend dts builders. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Drage and Bianca.

Excellent job! Drage & Bianca are a wonderful couple to work with. They were onsite most days working on our extensive reno/extension and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We already decided that if we ever sold our newly renovated home and rebuilt, that we'll be going straight to DTS!

My experience working with DTS was a great one. As a first time home buyer and builder, the whole build process was very stress free! They have built a beautiful home that has exceeded expectations. Post handover has been fabulous too, any questions or concerns have been answered straight away and any additional jobs on the property they have been more than obliged in helping with. We have our own building company, however, we had the pleasure of working with Bianca and Drage on a renovation at Norman Park as a sub-contractor and found them both to be personable and professional. An important combination when you consider the close working relationship required when building or renovating a home. Drage is old school with his approach and provides a wealth of building knowledge aimed at not only giving you the best possible outcome but also being cost-effective. Building or renovating a house as we know is not for the faint hearted! Where do you start and who do you approach to tick off all the things you need to consider. We were concerned about so many issues before progressing on our project- money, timelines, options, designs, selecting an appropriate builder etc. We approached and received quotes from 6 suppliers and narrowed down on DTS which was one of the best decisions we have made. Bianca and Drago are extremely professional and the most empathetic builder team we have come across. They assisted us at so many turns and roadblocks with great advice and provided us with options to help us focus on our outcome. They are honest and reliable and know their stuff! I would highly recommend dts builders for your new home construction. Our main concerns were getting the project started straight away and then completing it ‘on time and on-budget’. Delaying the project meant another day the house was vacant - meant no rent coming in to pay the mortgage. Drage was very quick with his quote and responded promptly to any queries or questions. We found the quote very reasonable and felt we were getting ‘good value for money’. Drage agreed to commence the job straight away – which was perfect for us. In our all our dealings with Drage he was very personable, calm, trustworthy and above all – a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever a drama or problem! We have already recommended Drage to friends and family. The main reasons we don’t hesitate to recommend Drage is because he is very easy to deal with, is honest and trustworthy, responds very promptly to any queries and delivers on ‘time and on budget’. Having gone with a project builder previously we didn't want all the extra costs that we were charged this time around. The site was always clean and Drage would apologise every time the there was some hard rubbish that wasn’t cleaned away that day. The speediness of the job and the fact that there was someone there working most days was a big surprise. The quality of the work and finishes we were very happy with. Drage always gave us plenty of notice to go and pick the fittings and was always happy to offer advice when asked. The biggest surprise of all was the only thing that put the extension over the DTS quote was our upgrades of fittings. We were inside the budget that was set for the job. We would and will recommend DTS Builders and have in fact have done so with our neighbour.
