GKN Building Pty Ltd is a local family run building firm, founded by Glen Nobes and his wife Kim.
Our Plans: We offer over 80 complete house designs that can be matched with a number of facade styles giving you the opportunity to find a home that suits your exact taste and requirements.
Flexibility: We are happy to customise any of our designs. Choosing one of our plans and remodelling it to suit your needs is a cost-effective way to create a custom home that suits your budget, land and live style perfectly.

Glen has over 30 years experience in the building industry working throughout Australia and overseas. Moving to Geelong in 2001 he began working in the housing industry, building relationships with local trades and suppliers and gaining knowledge of local conditions. Glen and Kim then founded GKN Building and began developing projects around Geelong.
