Terrible builder, shonky workmanship, poor trades, no supervision at all on her building sites so every corner is cut where possible. Poor customer service, refuses to return calls to owners and avoids them at all costs when things go wrong. Won't fix defects unless QBCC forces her with defect notices, forces owners to go through the QBCC to get anything done. Aggressive person when complaints are made about poor workmanship. Trades leave in drives when they are unpaid and then trades abandon any rectification work as they have not been paid. STAY AWAY or you will regret it.
