This time was even better than before as I feel they have better processes in place and an office where they have created a colour studio which they never had before. We engaged them this second time as we trusted them as they delivered an impressive extension for our family 3 years ago and solely based on trust, we did it all over again with a new house. Really thankful to have Executive build for us.”

“Northwest Group built our federation style house to our specs, design and satisfaction. They also fixed several mistakes made by the architect we hired (not part of Northwest Group) during the design phase. Unfortunately we asked the architect to design the house without consulting at the same time with the builder and so he had to fix the issues during the building phase. The company manager, Lui, was very professional and thorough. He was very courteous and always available to discuss issues and suggest ways to improve the design and the construction. We have now the most beautiful house in Rockdale thanks to his company! Highly recommend Northwest Construction Group.”

“I found Cinzia to be very professional and extremely enthusiastic! The only thing that i had to worry about when it came to renovating our bathroom, was the shopping! Cinzia and i both had a vision for our new bathroom and it was pulled together so perfectly. It was a major renovation which went along smoothly and was completed within the expected time frame. I had a calender which i knew what was happening from day to day which was great. Cinzias enthusiasm was amazing and i would recommend her for others who are wanting a renovation within their home.”

“My husband and I purchased a colour scheme with Home Design for Profit. They were extremely professional and very helpful. We were provided with a lot of information and advice which was so beneficial in changing the presentation of our home. I can't believe the difference! I feel like our home now looks as though we've gone through an expensive interior designer but in fact, we've achieved this ourselves with the information and advice that was provided to us at a fraction of the cost. I couldn't believe the difference in the presentation of our home after following the advice we were given! So affordable for homeowners on a budget, like us. It was worth every dollar and I would highly recommend!”

“Thank you Sarah, Prue, Ian, Riley and Gary, along with all the other tradies who built a lovely studio, bathroom and laundry for us. You looked after everything when I had a much needed holiday early on in the project, you sourced all the fittings we chose, and were always available for a chat on progress and fine details, to fix little and big issues, even late on a Friday night.. We are extremely happy with the finished product!”

“I highly recommend Sunnyland projects to anyone looking to build their dream home, Alan and his team can make it happen! Alan provided great options for what was a difficult space. We ended up with an option that worked really well, maximized space and wasn't anything we had considered before. He was very detailed and thorough in his approach, and took all of the hard work out of dealing with the Council approval stage, we have ended up with a much better floor plan than we had previously considered. I would definitely recommend Sunnyland project!”
