I would recommend Quantum Built to anyone who is considering embarking on a new build or renovation. Jason and Karam and the rest of the team at Quantum Built clearly take pride in the work they deliver. They were highly professional and easy to deal with throughout, and the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail were second to none. They were always easy to communicate with, and solutions- driven. Our building is an old 1930s apartment building which comes with a lot of unexpected issues, and they always took these things in their stride with professionalism. They understood exactly the outcome we wanted to achieve, and we are so happy with our new home.

From initial consultation, to quote and completion, Jason and the team from Quantum Built were excellent communicators, understood our budget and offered us options for materials, finishes and fittings that made the whole process easy and accessible for us. Professional plans really helped us visualise the final result and throughout the project the team kept us informed, asked our opinions on variations, made recommendations as needed and accommodated our varied colour scheme. We’ve gone from a shabby semi to a beautifully finished home. We highly recommend Quantum Built.

When we embarked on our plan for a full renovation of our 2 bedroom apartment we weren’t too sure how the process would work. 3 builders were contacted and from the onset it was clear that Jason and the team at Quantum Built were a in a league of their own. From prompt replies to all communication to detailed and generally accurate quoting (including modifications) Jason and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They took on the challenge of the new Class 2 legislation minefield (which other builders just ran away from) and made it all happen in the background. Our project was not the easiest to realise with a limited and awkward space to work with along with a quite detailed interior design concept that we wanted to realise. It included removing structural walls/dropped ceilings/flush doors/complete electrical re-wire/bespoke cabinetry and bulkhead air conditioning not to mention dealing with me. Although there were inevitable challenges along the way, Jason/Karam/Kelly and the whole team were there every step of the way and always open to our input and suggestions as the project evolved. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Thanks!

Jason, Karam and the whole team at Quantum Built were excellent to work with. As first time renovators, we were so lucky to choose a building company that delivered on time and that took so much care in making sure we were happy. Our main objective was to create a spacious and comfortable master suite and it is superb. We absolutely love it. The second level comprises of two other rooms and a second bathroom. And downstairs received some additional TLC. We would highly recommend Quantum Built.

The team from Quantum Built exceeded our expectations! Quantum delivered an extraordinary makeover to our dark and dated townhouse. The works included taking out load bearing walls, structural beam installation and relocating services for 2.5 bathrooms and transforming the kitchen, dining and laundry into an open plan sunlit entertaining area. Quantum were reliable, professional, and accommodating all the way. The team delivered on every promise they made. They turned up when they said they would, stayed on target for the promised timeline and the on-site project manager kept me informed and consulted through every stage. I had the scope to pick the products and finishes I wanted with great experienced advice to support my decisions. All the tradies were polite and cleaned as they went to the extent that a several neighbours commented how clean the site and common areas were; and how quickly it all happened! Quantum were also supportive of the council Complying Development Consent approval process from the application to meeting all occupancy certification requirements. We love our new home and couldn’t be happier with the service and after service of Quantum Built.

Nice work, thanks, team...thoughts below: 1. Jason, the owner very down to earth to deal with as part of the initial research for a builder and works 2. Architect Marco was excellent and really listened to what the requirements were and delivered 3. Karam, the lead builder, project manager and all-rounder, was the superstar of the build, and we are very grateful to him for all the efforts to get us moved in on time and within budget. He is just a fabulous person working and liaising with us throughout the build. 4. George, Emanual and the other team members were really pleasant to deal with and carry out the work. Thanks again for renovating our little place; it's nice to come home to.

They worked consistently with us to achieve a high quality renovation with minimum fuss, on budget and as close to on-time as was possible in the building industry chaos in 2022. Jason and the team from Quantum Built are top shelf professionals. I had to replace a large section of an aging roof that was leaking and also needed a spiral staircase solution for the atrium. They provided a cost effective and very thorough quote for the renovation, along with first class designs and a range of options in the scoping process to complement the rustic parts of the house with some modern features to transform the area. Karam was the site manager for the job and was very professional, caring and set high standards. The subcontractors and team he assembled were hard working and went above and beyond to manage the project to completion. I'm very happy with the result, particularly the custom built, spiral staircase solution to access the rooftop garden. I highly recommend Quantum Built. 5 Stars.

As inexperienced home renovators, we were initially nervous about renovating our home, however once we engaged Quantum Built, our nerves quickly eased. Quantum Built are masters in their trade and we were impressed with their professionalism. They were excellent problem solvers and nothing was impossible or too hard to entertain.
