By rearranging furniture and creating new focal points Rita made my house irresistible to new buyers. She picked up on the color palette I had already established in my house based on the visual cues, and carried it throughout the house tying each room together. We were loving our newly designed home so much, that if we weren’t in need of more space we might have never moved. We’d hoped we’d find a buyer quickly, and we did! Our house was on the market one week before we got an offer at top dollar! Houses in our area were on the market for an average of 6 weeks so to get an offer the first week was fantastic.
