We are ordinary mums who love creating inviting spaces that showcase the selling features of your home. Entering a drab empty room does not inspire a buyer, but it inspires us! We enjoy the challenge of furnishing the space in such a way that a buyer is able to visualize the functionality of the room and is emotionally engaged. Homes on Trend is large enough to stock a wide range of furniture and soft furnishings, yet small enough to provide a personalized service. Our small, dedicated team seeks to deliver high quality, yet cost-effective styling solutions. Our goal is to use our experience, skill and passion for styling to present your Sydney based property at its best for your sales campaign. I recently commissioned Laurentia and her team to style my family home, she kept in mind our budget and provided a solution that made my house look amazing. Initial discussions were held earlier on in the year and she was patient and not pushy with the whole process, understanding my delays. Feedback from prospective buyers was all positive and the house looked amazing - I just couldn't envision it but she can. Colour matching, suitable sized furniture arrangements and a simple approach which looked elegant to those who viewed the open home. Highly recommend her services and her professional nature.
