“We used Kate initially to help us pick paint colors for our newly remodeled kitchen. She came up with a fabulous red, that we all just love, and that truly shows off the new cherry cabinets, granite and showcases the woods behind our home. Really makes everything pop! Since then, Kate has helped us pick additional paint colors for our home, even talking me in to painting the foyer a stunning blue/grey with yellow walls. Most recently, Kate totally transformed our living room from a rarely used space to a much cozier, livable space. In short we love the work Kate has done or us! Highly recommend her!”

“I never thought that everything my wife and I shared with Eric during the whole process would come to reality. Especially within budget! From the very first sit down to the final walk through he was right there with us. We had tons of questions and he answered every one of them. He showed us both how easy it is take a house with walls and floors and make it our very own home. The detail was amazing. Thank you especially for making it useable, not just ‘frills’.”

“I chose Fine Designs & Interiors LTD. I walked into her office with samples of the floor and granite for my new house and she took it from there and did the whole house! I was not on site so we did most everything thru e-mails. She was on time and on cost for everything, and a delight to work with. From the largest item to the smallest detail, I could not have done the project without her.”

“I had a chance encounter with Cary Gerschutz, owner of Deluca Designs, more than 12 years ago while looking for pillows. This gal is amazing!!! She has redone 3 homes for me since and has become a dear friend.. Cary just did a complete first floor redesign for us involving kitchen, mudroom, laundry room, fireplace, Living room and sunroom and was by my side every step of the way through the entire remodel process. She is also an expert in building new homes from ground up, Her ability and keen eye to envision color, shape and finished interior of a room with furniture and artwork is exceptional!! I love everything she has done in each of our homes. She can count me in as a lifetime client!!!”
