She was easy to work with and talk to about likes and dislikes. She worked within our budget and the entire process was smooth. This house was an interesting challenge, as she had to work around some existing decor/furniture, that maybe we both would not normally have selected on our own, but it came with the house and we did not want to get rid of it all. She selected items/colors so that together, the "old" and new have created a beautiful, timeless look.The outcome is stunning and we could not be happier! The property has been listed for rent for about 2 weeks and we already have 5 summer weeks rented. we are convinced it's the decor and could not have done it without her. We are looking forward to our next project together.”

“We worked with Hartley & Hill Design to completely renovate and redesign our kitchen last summer. They were fantastic and we cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. We met with them and described the concepts that we wanted (functional and classic, keeping in mind that we like to entertain, but we have small children and a busy family life). They put together the design and sat down with us to explain their ideas very thoroughly and also run through the budget. They came up with a fantastic design that we never would have thought possible, incorporating very creative ideas, while still keeping in mind our budget as well as our personal preferences. It was a very collaborative process, with us being as involved as we wanted to be, but not feeling like we had to manage a project; they expertly managed the project for us! All of the subcontractors they hired were first class. The renovation was very well organized, there was consistent open communication, any hiccups along the way (as will happen in any project this size) were managed smoothly and effectively. Needless to say, we are thrilled with the end result. We can't wait to use them again soon to redesign our dining room/living room area. We would highly recommend them!”
