“We worked with Parkyn Design on our new home build. Soon after our architectural plans were done, we got Tania Parkyn and her team involved in the process. This timing was paramount to them understanding our big vision. Three things stand out from our work with Parkyn Design. First, one of the biggest strengths Tania demonstrated was her ability to really listen and understand what we wanted. She really did hear everything we said: our ideas, our dreams, our likes, our dislikes. We saw proof of this in the end results when our home seemed to fit us like a glove. Second, Tania’s experience ensured that our home would be timeless, yet incredibly unique and personal to us. Because Parkyn Design is current with trends and ahead of the curve on what’s coming, we were introduced to new products and materials which made the choices for everything both practical and leading edge. Finally, as first time homebuilders, the process of building, designing and decorating a home can be very intimidating. Parkyn Design made this process fun and enjoyable. Tania and her team brought such excitement and passion to our job! Sometimes it was hard to tell who was more excited - them or us! Overall, this is a top-notch design studio. If you want experience, intelligent thinking and fantastic results, then Parkyn Design is the studio for you.”

“Mary did the most fabulous job on our bungalow. She really helped us make the most of our budget and turned a small but comfy bungalow into a gorgeous, sophisticated, home. She has a fabulous eye for colour and detail, which we really needed help with. The result is wonderful. We have received many compliments on beautiful our place is, all due to her.”

“Gabriele has worked on two different projects in my home. She was always punctual for our meetings and she delivered products on schedule. She gave great advice regarding painting, window and floor coverings. Together we selected furniture, fabric coverings and accessories for my home. Gabriele had a very good sense of what I was looking for and did not try to suggest changes that would not suit my lifestyle. She always worked within my budget. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gabriele. She is very professional and so excited to see her customers happy with the completed project. I recently contacted Gabriele to ask about a paint colour that had been used in my home in the past. She returned my call immediately and was pleased to answer my questions.
