Stacey came out to do a consultation amidst our chaos of house projects and had no issues seeing right past those to make recommendations and plan for staging. Stacey came back another day to help stage and was flexible and understanding when our house still wasn’t in a perfect state. She helped rearrange furniture to fit the rooms best and decorated our house from top to bottom. I would love to keep all of the beautiful pieces that added such an amazing feel to our home. It is absolutely adorable, and I’m confident that we will gain interest in our house quickly with her staging skills. Stacey worked with our crazy schedule and was more than accommodating. “Our first experience with Lauren was when we put our home on the market last spring. She helped our friend and realtor design upgrades and stage our home for sale. She did an amazing job updating our 10-year old home to look modern, inviting and comfortable. Among other things, she designed new paint colors for the entire home, remodeled our master bath, and added design elements throughout the home in order to stage it. The proof of her success is that the home sold after being on the market for only seven days. Our next experience with Lauren was designing our new condo. “I asked Paola to provide a design for remodeling my bathroom with the goal of replacing the tub with a shower. My only request was that she retain my Mexican hand-painted ceramic sink. As the room is only 5 X 7, she had quite a challenge to update the room, giving an impression of more space, on a very small budget. Her design was perfect. All the materials to be used were low cost but did not look low cost. The finished product was well within my budget and looks great. I get many very positive reactions from family and friends. It is very impressive.”
