They offered us many options (but not too many) and guided us through the process. The ongoing communication and feedback during the design project was admirable. “Elaine was a delight to work with. She was very responsive which was such a nice surprise when working with a contractor. She remodeled our kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I have champagne taste and a beer budget. Elaine was communicative, found great substitutes that were in our price range, and gave us a lot of choices. Any issues we have had she immediately responds and coordinates a solution within 24 hrs. Her team was really pleasant to work with.”
