“Above and beyond is an understatement! We had little time for the huge task of staging our home, and Stacey was the best designer we could have asked to do the job. Stacey came out to do a consultation amidst our chaos of house projects and had no issues seeing right past those to make recommendations and plan for staging. Stacey came back another day to help stage and was flexible and understanding when our house still wasn’t in a perfect state. She helped rearrange furniture to fit the rooms best and decorated our house from top to bottom. I would love to keep all of the beautiful pieces that added such an amazing feel to our home. It is absolutely adorable, and I’m confident that we will gain interest in our house quickly with her staging skills. Stacey worked with our crazy schedule and was more than accommodating. “I asked Paola to provide a design for remodeling my bathroom with the goal of replacing the tub with a shower. My only request was that she retain my Mexican hand-painted ceramic sink. As the room is only 5 X 7, she had quite a challenge to update the room, giving an impression of more space, on a very small budget. Her design was perfect. All the materials to be used were low cost but did not look low cost. The finished product was well within my budget and looks great. I get many very positive reactions from family and friends. It is very impressive.”

She renovated an early 1900s-home taking great care to honor the history of the house while bringing it into this century with appropriate finishes, colors, and fixtures. She chose Barn Light Electric deep bowl gooseneck lights in a crisp, white finish for her front porch and rear patio which offer a perfect blend of both vintage and modern styles.”

“After moving into our townhouse, we were looking to re-paint the interior but didnt know where to get started. We had a general idea of a certain color scheme but didnt know what colors complimented each other or how to tackle the entire house to ensure each room was distinct. Mimi was very accommodating to meet with us in the evening after we came home from work. She was very knowledgeable in helping us select colors for each room and thoughtfully explained how various colors complemented each other and they flow from one room to the next. She was very professional, patient and we felt that we could trust her guidance right off the bat. With Mimi's help we ended up designing a color scheme for the living space, dining room, kitchen/breakfast nook, master bedroom, basement/den and office/crafting room. I want to add in that she paid extra special attention to the office / crafting room since we did not want it to be too feminine as it was going to be used by both genders. She provided a very nice mock-up with detailed images and comments explaining how the space could be effectively utilized. I thought this was truly helpful being able to actually envision what the room would look like when completed. The last item was turning an under the stairs closet into a wet bar. Again, she provided a well thought out mock-up with images, options and comments explaining how it could be ultimately set up. It was a very unique vision but one that really got us excited to take on the project. Mimi was very responsive throughout the entire process when we had questions and as an end result, we couldnt be happier with the end result! Mimi is great and I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Our first experience with Lauren was when we put our home on the market last spring. She helped our friend and realtor design upgrades and stage our home for sale. She did an amazing job updating our 10-year old home to look modern, inviting and comfortable. Among other things, she designed new paint colors for the entire home, remodeled our master bath, and added design elements throughout the home in order to stage it. The proof of her success is that the home sold after being on the market for only seven days. Our next experience with Lauren was designing our new condo. She helped us choose paint, flooring, window treatments, and many other design elements. She also helped us design and plan an entire kitchen remodel and the early stages of two bathroom remodels. We couldn't be happier with how our condo has turned out thanks to her help. Lauren has a tremendous design sense, and she does an amazing job balancing her ideas with input from the homeowner (something I'm certain we gave her too much of!). She does this with a true sense of budget, and is mindful that there are often issues of budget or function that require her consideration when creating the design. She is a true professional, while keeping her interactions at a very friendly and conversational level.
