She did a great job communicating and sharing ideas over email and Pinterest, but also came over in person to meet with us several times based on our schedules.”

For example, she made sure the counters in our master bath were the correct height, so I did not have to bend down while using the sink and that the jets that came out of the shower hit my back correctly.
