“We hired Tokan construction to complete repairs in our living room after water damage. After restoration was complete, Shawn came in and provided us a very fair and reasonable quote for the work. Heather (his wife and partner in business) helped us navigate all aspects of the operations including signing a contract, working with our insurance company (upon request), and even helping us to choose paint colors and design aspects. The work was completed (reframing, baseboards, sanding, painting) and far exceeded our expectations! We are already working with the Tokan’s on our next home project of completing our exterior paint. So pleased with this duo and highly recommend on any home construction or design job.”

“Remodeling sucks honestly and doing it while 4000 miles away in Europe requires having someone that you can trust. We found that person in Magaly and Stephanie. They listened to our wishes, provided their opinions and we came up with a design plan that was followed almost exactly. Magaly took the reins and kept us duly informed of every step of the process. Her team also helped me correct issues apart from what we originally hired Magy Interiors to do that other contractors failed to do adequately. When things could not go to plan, Magaly gave us possible solutions that worked out just as well as the original plan. Our kitchen went from being outdated and dark, to polished, light and even felt bigger! Our laundry room actually was functional with proper storage and a folding table in a sleek and organized design. Her team even designed a beautiful living room for me here in Europe that we are working on. Magy Interiors really takes the time to deliver above and beyond while maintaining constant communication with their clients. This gives you immediate peace of mind and I cannot wait to have them fully redesign and remodel our Miami home when we move back. They truly were a blessing to have found and work with. I am confident that anyone will agree with my review once they work with Magy Interiors as well!!”

“KJ Design Collective surpassed all expectations. Their presentation was immaculate and communication on point. Their designing is effortless and was truly on point with my vision. I wanted a modern farmhouse homey feel, and that is exactly what they delivered. Install day was a breeze, KJ did all the purchasing, handled deliveries, exchanges, and took care of anything else that needed attending. The whole process was fun and easy! “Kathy is a fantastic asset to have when it comes to design. We worked with her on remodeling our first floor, which included: our dining room, living room, and second entertainment area off the kitchen. She has an eye for putting spectacular color combinations together. I had my heart set on a monochromatic scheme and she definitely delivered. Her knowledge in paint selection combined with sourcing furniture is second to none. She is friendly and professional, always thoughtfully placing items that make sense for our family. Being that both myself and my husband work she made the whole process streamlined and easy. From selections to the finished product it was as if she lifted a weight off of our backs and created a warm inviting environment in the process always staying true to who we are and never losing her signature style.”

“We hired Shaeinteriors to perform a complete redeux of our kitchen; relocation and design of a laundry room; and design of a full pantry to complement our new gourmet kitchen. It was a huge, complicated job and Deborah facilitated the entire process with the contractor, cabinet manufacturers, furniture/appliance vendors, etc. She envisioned the space, prepared the layout/drawings, and put together a time line that ensured the least impact to our family during the renovation. She was very insightful and her designs, down to the custom walnut butcher block island, the reclaimed wood wrap around mantle, and the 10ft’ vintage pantry doors she sourced from an 18th century French home...are now all elements that make our new space memorable. We asked for a space that was functional and unique..and Deborah delivered to an impressive scale. We are so pleased by Shaeinteriors and look forward to what else she can do for us on our next project!”
