“Erica Gordon and Associated Design Studio (ADS) helped transform an 80 year old Jersey Shore house into the retirement home we'd always dreamed of. A consummate professional, her focus is always on delivering your vision - not hers - on time and within budget. Working in tandem with our architect and builder throughout the renovation, she made sure we didn't sacrifice form or function, and recommneded finishes and fixtures, inside and out, that are ergonomic and low-maintenace so we can enjoy our home even as we move into our "golden" years. Now, with the 9-month renovation complete, we continue to work with her to furnish and fill out our home to bring our full vision of an early retirement to the Shore to life! “I hired JMH Designs to reconfigure the kitchen and dining rooms of my 1930's home. The results surpassed my expectations! Jessica had many design challenges with my home including the limited size of the space,a tight budget, and the existing placement of windows and radiators. The end result of this project was a kitchen that is beautiful and fully functional. Jessica was even able to add a powder room into the deseign and you would think it had always been there. My counterspace/worksurface in the kitchen was at least trippled and the flow of the downstairs of our home was drastically improved by Jessica's design expertise. I would be happy to supply before and after pictures of this project to anyone considering JMH Designs. Seeing is believing!”
