“We hired TOC design to remodel our kitchen. Once the plan options were delivered and final design decided, we then hired Tania to manage our complete kitchen project. Tania handled everything and we were very pleased with the end result. The project went seamless and Tania was very accommodating and worked tirelessly. Tania and her crew delivered the finished project on time and on budget. We were also very impressed with Tania's attention to detail which is evidenced in our finished kitchen. “A few years ago Renee co-ordinated and decorated our entire home. She worked with our Architect and general contractor and along the way presented us with great choices from everything to tiles, furniture, decor and more. What i found most important is she added value. She has ideas and a vision that takes you places that you end up really appreciating. For example, it's not just simply about the colour of the couch, but the shape that was best for the room and she took us to a manufacturer that made amazing quality product. This summer we renovated our backyard and Renee was completely responsible for how it came together. Didn't know she would work on the outdoor project but if you got it, you got it. At every step of the way, she made recommendations that got us to a finished product that we are thrilled with. Again added value. It turned out so much different and so much better than we would have hoped for. Could not have done it without her. Thanks Renee”

“Patricia did an absolutely astonishing job revamping an apartment that a tenant had left in not very pretty condition...so much that I was not only able to revise the price, but also got 3 offers within a few days and sold ABOVE asking price. Once her staging was removed, the charm and charisma that sold the property so effectively just disappeared. Patricia has available tradespeople, provides quality work and has a great eye for the little personal touches that make a house a home.”

“Having had some help from Mario Januario many years ago, we decided to call on him to assist in designing some major renovations for the condo we bought in July 2015. It is a pleasure to work with Mario. He has amazing creative skills and was again able to inspire us, while responding positively to any concerns and integrating any ideas we had. He works very well and respectfully with all the other professionals involved in the project, some of whom were reluctant to deal with a designer because of previous negative experiences. Unfortunately the project will not be finished until early in the New Year so photos to illustrate the transformations that he has brought about are missing.”

“Arianne designed both bathrooms in my cottage house. Both had to be gutted so the design was from scratch. I was particularly impressed with Arianne's intuitive grasp of the spa theme bathroom of my dreams (complete with deep soaker tub and cascade shower option) She was also quite skilled at maximizing the more modern, sleek look of the second bathroom. Her in-depth knowledge of the construction, lighting, plumbing, ceramics and marble mosaic resulted in my feeling very confident and supported during my first renovations. The depth of her knowledge became quite evident when coordinating renovations efforts with my contractor. My only problem now is deciding which room she will design next!”
