“Mine was the Brooklyn Brownstone in Maria's photographs. Working with her was an extraordinary experience. She created the architectural design for our third floor kitchen and our downstairs duplex renovations, coming up with a series of design ideas that were both beautiful and within our budget. She helped select our contractor and collaborated with him during each stage of both projects. She made weekly visits to the job site, and just as importantly, the contractor would call Maria with questions as the work progressed thereby avoiding costly “do overs.” She completed both projects within our budget and even more surprisingly, on time! The results of her design work and project management are there for you to see on her design pages. I would recommend her unequivocally.”

She really listens and does a great deal of background work to understand your vision, your budget, and what you need for your lifestyle. She's flexible and willing to work with you the whole way through. I really believe she went above and beyond for us (we were rather indecisive!) I'll never work with any other designer and we plan to hire Kimberly again when it's time to update our second floor. I highly recommend Brick and Beam Studio - you won't be disappointed!”

“Ms. Jackson is the "real deal" licensed interior designer. She provided kitchen renovation design concepts and very detailed bath renovation designs (for 2 1/2 baths) for an upscale townhouse. She developed custom vanity designs and tiled shower stall designs that add the classic "WOW" factor that is not temporarily trendy but will stand the test of time, and still within a very conservative budget. I highly recommend Interior Connections for most any serious design challenge.”
