For example, she made sure the counters in our master bath were the correct height, so I did not have to bend down while using the sink and that the jets that came out of the shower hit my back correctly. She is more than able to manage unexpected outcomes. When our rain shower unit was not available as the bath store promised, Kacey went above and beyond to find the specific unit I desired. Moreover, the unique ideas she had for noise reduction in my dental office are amazing. Her design has received many compliments from our patients and office team. We were connected with her through our builder who contracted Marcia to design our dream lake home and she was pretty much part of our family for 1 1/2 years through the entire design/ build process, including furnishings. She uses a 3 D design modeling tool which helps her clients try on different design details and was extremely helpful in allowing us to visualize what the actual house would look like.
