“Wendy is a very knowledgable and artistic designer. I enjoyed her perserverance and enthusiasm in getting a fresh, new bedroom remodel. She made a myriad of professional suggestions, and for the most part, we followed them. Her contractor put in high tech lighting, patched up the ceiling with new plaster, brought in new baseboards,and crown moulding. He worked with a painter to make sure that proper care was given to every detail. in addtion, he saw that all of the old materials were removed on time. Ilike the way that he made a conscious effort to make us as comfortable as possible while the remodel was going on. Fans, hoses, mats, and plastic sheetingi were applied to keep the dust and fumes at bay. Wendy brought in high quality fabrics from a designer show that she had visited in San Francisco. She also helped me in selecting carpet, drapery material, bedding, framing,and floral arrangements on sight. I was able to get a good discount on my light fixtures by dropping her name as well. Wendy found a tile man to install some tile for me in our bathroom as well. He showed up and worked over Memorial Weekend. Infact, all of the personel that we worked with proved to be respectful and on time. I love my new remodel! I'm glad that we made the decision to hire her!”

FIB rates were very reasonable and they were very flexible with the time and schedule. Her photographer took great photos and produced a really nice video which showcased our house beautifully. We received an offer within days of listing the home and I feel the staging had a huge impact on making the empty house feel like a warm and welcoming home. “Michele was very excited to help us pull together our second home furnishings and decor. My visual impairments limit my ability to distinguish between certain colors, hence the need for a designer. Michele keeps up on all the latest trends and just has a passion for finding design elements that can be pulled from what you may already have or that she has seen in local stores. She did all the online shopping, would send over emails with a project board-like look, pulling various elements together so I could see what it would look like all pulled together. Michele shopped from a variety of places, offering a variety of styles. This project included two bedrooms, and a family room. She also helped select a rug for our living room. We had a budget which she was able to meet, but of course I needed some extra ideas so a price adjustment was made which was fair for both of us. We really enjoy our home and when guests visit, compliments are always given about how great their rooms look and how comfortable the home is.”
