“Mike Maloney is a true creative in his approach to design. I purchased a dingy, outdated 80's townhouse that had all the worst features of the era...a claustrophobic kitchen with an ugly soffit, an enclosed dark room on the first floor, a totally beige master bath, guest bath and powder room. The walls were covered in a thick nasty knockdown and the floors were Saltillo tile. Overall the place was very dark, despite a skylight and a wall of windows facing a wide canal and a mangrove island. Mike came in and came up with a plan. He completely redesigned the kitchen and opened up a couple of walls, one of them load bearing. From there he ripped out the master bath, removing a tub to make a huge double shower done in Ming marble and woven glass tile. The results are astonishing. The townhouse is bright, open and beautiful. Not only is Mike a talented designer, he's also a project manager. He got bids from contractors, we picked one, and he worked closely with that contractor to make sure the design was perfectly realized.”

The other designer i worked with was uptight and stuck up and we didn't have a very good report. Ruben and Katie are friendly and down to earth and they made the process so comfortable. Working with Jason is easy and he even makes it FUN since he is easy going, immensely creative and truly a joy to be around. I don't have projects of the job right now, but anyone who sees it agrees that it's as cool and functional as the best of Architectural Digest or any of the european design magazines rolled into one! I so enjoyed working with Jason that I called him when I was designing my outdoor spa area, in which he also brought to the table all of his design talents as well as strong ability to work with other contractors and the homeowner (me)...Simply put, Jason merits a 20/10 rating!”

“Lauren is a wonderful designer. She designs rooms that are timeless and classic but up to date and fresh. I like to say that we have the same taste - but hers is better. She understands what I like but makes it much more fabulous. I have worked with her on 3 different homes, from a summer cottage to a huge city factory conversion, choosing fixtures and finishes, fabrics and furniture from the start to finish. She helping me on my fourth project now. She is very professional and wonderful to work with in every way.”
