“We worked with Hartley & Hill Design to completely renovate and redesign our kitchen last summer. They were fantastic and we cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. We met with them and described the concepts that we wanted (functional and classic, keeping in mind that we like to entertain, but we have small children and a busy family life). They put together the design and sat down with us to explain their ideas very thoroughly and also run through the budget. They came up with a fantastic design that we never would have thought possible, incorporating very creative ideas, while still keeping in mind our budget as well as our personal preferences. It was a very collaborative process, with us being as involved as we wanted to be, but not feeling like we had to manage a project; they expertly managed the project for us! All of the subcontractors they hired were first class. The renovation was very well organized, there was consistent open communication, any hiccups along the way (as will happen in any project this size) were managed smoothly and effectively. Needless to say, we are thrilled with the end result. We can't wait to use them again soon to redesign our dining room/living room area. We would highly recommend them!”

She worked on the design of the rooms by selecting trim accents, lighting and paint color. She supervised the installation and all work needed. “I contacted 6-7 designers about doing an individual office. No one responded, as it seems everyone was much more interested in doing large scale projects. But I was lucky to come across Nicky and I have an amazing decorated office that is like home. Process was very turnkey, which was important to me as busy finance guy who can't visualize design. Nicky was happy to meet me on weekends and after-hours. He provided options but made it easy for a non-creative type to decide. He then quarterbacked the entire process, from delivery/installation of furniture to wall decorations to books on shelves. I spent very little time on the process but now get to enjoy an incredibly put together office that everyone compliments. Nicky is extremely professional, passionate in his craft, and hungry to excel. I would 100% hire Nicky again.”
