She really knows whats what when it comes to designing which is great because when we started we didn't. She was timely and understanding in addressing our questions or concerns. She was very helpful when it came time to ordering and following up with vendors, and even showed up and waited for deliveries at our home when we couldn't be there. She made the whole process 100% stress free for us. Because of that we actually got to relax and have fun picking out light fixtures, hardware, and appliances.
