They were able to match the color we provided from a paint swatch to perfection. They were also very clever in providing us some extra features inside the cabinet that gave us ample storage space.”

“Taylor Woodworks recently completed a cabinet project in our living room. It was a difficult project as we wanted the cabinets to be furniture in appearance and to match the stained fireplace mantle. They were precise, and very particular with details and quality. “The process of kitchen remodeling is inherently a stressful procedure and the people of Kitchen Saver made it as painless as possible. Each individual was totally professional and knowledgeable about his particular task, from the sales associate and office staff to the plumber, the electrician, the carpenter and everybody else associated with the job. They took care to protect our carpeting, floors and walls when going in and out of our home and they cleaned up completely before leaving every day. The finished product is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the job!”

“We just completed our second kitchen with Mark White of Kitchen Encounters. We did our first kitchen with him 16 years ago and loved our kitchen so much we gave him a call when it was time to build a new kitchen. Mark and his staff are responsive, thoughtful and creative. The toughest part of the project for us was tearing down our beloved kitchen that he designed so long ago but the pain was eased by our new wonderful, show stopping kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and his staff for your kitchen regardless of the scope of worked needed... from tight budgets to over the top gourmet... Mark can spin his gold! “We hired Martin and Calloway to replace/salvage the banisters and handrails in our house. They took the time to check all the exact safety codes, gave us options, and made sure we were aware of exactly what they were doing during every step in the process. Since they were combining old wood with new, they mixed us up a beautiful stain so everything would match. The carpentry was beautifully done and we are very happy with the overall effect.”

“My experience with Gerry Hurley couldn't have been better. I was hoping for a serviceable bookshelf. Instead, I was given a unique and wonderful work of art which, besides fulfilling all my practical requirements, has become the aesthetic centerpiece of my living-room. “Metropolitan Woodworking was recommended to us by a neighbor in our Bethesda condominium. We were taking a fairly small second bedroom and changing it from a bedroom space into an office/guest bedroom. What Dave Scholar immediately understood was the "space" issue. His built-in was exactly the right size to meet our needs and to keep the room as open and spacious as possible. Doug, Dave's craftsman, was wonderful in his workmanship and his courtesy at arriving when scheduled and cleaning up after each appointment. We could not be happier. We now have two neighbors who after our room converted are having their rooms renovated in a similar way. “Duane has done many projects over the past 15+ years for the firms I have worked for. The most recent piece being a Beautiful Walnut display table being made from the highest quality/grade of walnut. It stands as a piece of Art on it's own. Duane needs only to have an idea given to him and the end result it outstanding. The costs are VERY resonable for the craftsmenship and work that he put into all of his projects. Duane never uses inferior material and never skimps on the time it takes to complete a piece of work.”
