Jonathan Kleid listened carefully as we outlined what we knew we needed and made very apt suggestions about possibilities that we had not initially recognized. The elegant, uncluttered designs in both rooms have stood the test of time. In the kitchen and den his choices of internal hardware and fittings for specialized drawers and cabinets have worked smoothly and have operated flawlessly for more than fifteen years. His collaboration with Swift Finishing gave us cabinetry whose paint finishing was perfect and silky smooth to the touch.

“These guys were great!!! They always showed up on time, (except once but they called and told me the exact time they would be there.) Always friendly, and polite, and extremely tidy! They were very patient as I changed my mind multiple times on what kind of cabinets I wanted, the color scheme, etc. They made very useful suggestions on every idea I had, and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend All Custom Woodworks for any kitchen or vanity projects you may have!!!”

“We loved the job they did! I'm happy to be a referral for them. We were originally referred to them from our contractor and they were competitively priced. They came out and gave us some interesting ideas that we took them up on. They are a very friendly and a warm family run business.
If you don't use a general contractor and go with them direct, that's totally fine and they are great to work with, but I do advise you to make sure you keep on top of the measurements. Make sure you're on the same page with the exact dimensions of everything especially the inserts that go inside the cabinets if you choose them. Triple check everything! We had a couple issues that could have gone sideways but I must say in the end, they made everything right and went out of their way to make sure we were completely happy.
As far as the quality and installation, it's exceptional. Per the photos, they take great care to design, build and install. They really create great cabinets and really want to do a great job for their customers. They got another one for life!”

“I hired Obie of Butterworth Designs to build two built-in pieces which I designed- a cubby wall unit for our guest room and a corner bench seat with pull out drawers for the master.
His estimate was 10% higher than I was budgeting for, but his level of communication and email response time was awesome and I liked his demeanor and professionalism more than the other builders that I got quotes from- so that sealed the deal.
Obie built everything faster than expected with no compromise to quality. Our house was built in 1915 and many of the walls aren't plumb which makes installing builtins a bit tricky. Obie worked tirelessly on the install and came back an additional day to make sure it was done right.
I'm so happy with our builtins and the work Butterworth Designs did- will definitely hire Obie again for future projects!”
