Chris, with the help of his design consultant Jenna, not only suggested upgrade possibilities, but also design suggestions. The end product was like having a “new home” without having to move a box! Some of what I appreciated during the construction phase of my project worth noting: •Chris provided me a proposal and detailed estimate within days of our meeting and the final time & materials cost came amazing close to his estimates. Even though we made changes and increased scope along the way, Chris either provided me a new estimate or assured me the changes were within budget.
