It is a small family run business with emphasis on product quality and customer satisfaction and retention. Greg and Mike are both perfectionists and will assure you of a quality installation. Most of the cabinets are made on site. Linda has many years of experience designing kitchens that work for the customer and are aesthetically pleasing. Every detail is addressed. Our kitchen was installed in 2010 and we are extremely happy with every aspect. Whenever we had a question, Greg or Mike were here and Linda also was present when her advice was needed. This was critical to the success of the project as the city implemented a new permitting and inspection process right at the start of the project and even city employees were learning this new system. Sean also went out of his way to procure the type/grade of paint we wanted to use, no easy task given the supply chain issues/problems. Both Kimberley and Sean always responded in a professional and timely manner, whether by phone, text or email. The crew was always professional and polite. KBPlus had an outstanding crew working on our project - Benny, James and Steve. All were very pleasant and accommodating when we stopped by the house to check on the progress. The job site was kept clean and they answered any questions we had. The work they did was top-notch -- reconfiguring walls, drywall (new walls and patching), new flooring throughout the main living area, baseboards/trim, install of kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. They had to do a lot of wall repair due to the electrical rewire and you cannot tell where the walls were patched. The punch list was expertly done and in a timely manner. KBPlus went above and beyond and addressed a few items for us that were not in the original scope of the work and we felt that they charged a fair price for this additional work.”

“Steve and Kenny were great! The work went very well with a few exceptions which were minor. They ordered the cabinet facing style we selected, painted the panels and drawer facings, along with the necessary moldings and paneling needed for the side of some cabinets. Once the cabinet doors and drawer facings were attached, they then installed the handles and pulls we had selected. Now we have beautiful solid wood doors drawer faces... it looks great! The kitchen now has a new updated look and we've been complemented on it by our neighbors. We would definitely recommend Jordon's Cabinet Refacing.”
