“CWC remodeled our master bathroom and bedroom this spring (2014) . They LISTENED to us! This may seem like a small thing, but to us, this is probably the most important part of a project like this. They 1) heard what we wanted to do, 2) suggested great things to make it better and/or stay within our budget, 3) delivered high-quality results. They managed several different subcontractors who came in to provide electrical, plumbing, painting, and tile work. This project involved taking out a closet so we could expand the bathroom, and building a new closet along a wall in our bedroom. It also involved closing a closet in our room and opening it on the other side into our daughter's room. New tile, vanity, sinks, lighting, etc. were also part of the project. We love the results and enjoyed working with Travis and Beth. Looking forward to having them do a few other projects in the future.”

“In 2012, we had Shadowhill Custom Wood, more specifically the owner, Rick Wallis work with us for the final phase of our basement project which was initially being done by another basement contractor. However, we separated from him and were extremely thankful to find Rick for the most detailed part of our project. Since his experience demonstrated expertise in carpentry, we worked with him to finish our kids' desk/bookcase area and more importantly, the focal point of our basement, the fireplace mantle with bookcases on both ends. We also worked together to design two alcoves specifically meant to house artistic statues, and when finished we knew we could have never accomplished this with the previous contractor. Rick was extremely patient and very meticulous with the finer details and we collaborated together to bring our vision - with his experience and input - into reality. As this was the last phase of our project, we noticed that small things were left undone and needed to be addressed. We turned to Rick for help and as always he was very receptive to our concerns and helped us in every capacity to finish the project. Rick's work in other parts of our basement demonstrates his caliber and experience, which is not exclusive only to wood work but to other facets of the project as well, like installing led lights in bookcases, wiring for sound bar underneath TV and alcove overhead lighting, and many inumerous other small jobs. “This company had excellent customer service. We. purchased our cabinetry for the entire home from them as well as the granite countertops. Jennifer, the consultant that we used, was extremely knowledgeable and had great ideas. We had a vague idea of what we wanted, but at the point in the build when we purchased these we were working with a space that wasn't easy to envision. We took the contractor's plans for measurements and layout and Jennifer discussed all of our options. She gave us the pros and cons when necessary and made some valuable suggestions, one of which is an attention getter when people visit. We gave her one word: wine rack and glass storage, and she showed us some products that worked beautifully. She made the whole experience exciting, especially with their computer program which gave us a print out that had an almost photo quality which showed how the entire space would look when it's finished. The owners were accommodating with delivery and installation time as well. The whole experience was very satisfying and went smoothly. What should have been the most anxiety inducing project was by far the easiest because of these people. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.”

We had a vision of what we wanted and we knew from the minute we walked into your shop and saw your cabinets that we were talking to the right people. We didn’t have that issue with Windsor….if we needed a 37.5” cabinet to fit into a space, you built a 37.5” cabinet. We are excited to have our kitchen done so we can start to entertain. “We had a custom master closet designed and installed. Beyond expectations! Check out the drawers! The drawers are dovetail constructed drawers! Kathy patiently worked with us through several design changes until we found the best design for our needs and space. You are always a little anxious when all you have to go on is an on-line drawing of the proposed design and construction. However, the finished product exceeded all expectations. Beautiful! The quality of the product was better than other national brands, which we have in other bedrooms. Check out the drawers! The installation team of Tony and Su were very courteous and so detailed, making sure every piece was level and fit the space perfectly, even when the walls were not perfect. From the moment they arrived at our home, they took off their shoes and put down floor coverings so none of their equipment or materials got on the carpeting, which was brand new. We are thrilled with our closet and the entire experience.”

“I gave Gary a photo of a door I wanted. He reviewed the details, materials, and stain with me. He measured and we discussed the sidelights, type of glass, storm door, etc. He built an absolutely beautiful front door and storm door that matches the 1922 period of the house. We had a home showcase and he had the door in my the deadline along with a new house number overhead to compliment the door. Its a beautiful piece of craftsmanship.”
