“The Klein Design Group designed the cabinetry for our entertainment center/bookcase wall unit in our den and our kitchen cabinetry. Jonathan Kleid listened carefully as we outlined what we knew we needed and made very apt suggestions about possibilities that we had not initially recognized. The elegant, uncluttered designs in both rooms have stood the test of time. In the kitchen and den his choices of internal hardware and fittings for specialized drawers and cabinets have worked smoothly and have operated flawlessly for more than fifteen years. His collaboration with Swift Finishing gave us cabinetry whose paint finishing was perfect and silky smooth to the touch. Jonathan was very responsive to our initial request to meet, enthusiastic about our projects, and a joy to work with throughout. He has followed up periodically to make sure that we knew help was available if any issues arise.”

“I was as satisfied as can be with my new kitchen. Betty helped me with my design and helped me pick out tile and my mural. The workers were there early every day and cleaned up at the end of the day. it took the amount of time they said it would. it was a really easeful renovation, with Betty showing me a countertop and cabinets and I loved it all. I can't say enough good things about this company.”

“Jeffrey gave us a great proposal to update our aging small kitchen within our budget. He gave us excellent recommendations on new drawers and cabinet doors and a couple of cabinet upgrades. He did a great job reworking the cutout for a wall oven so we could install the oven we wanted. We love our "new" kitchen, and we have received many compliments on it.”

“I hired Obie of Butterworth Designs to build two built-in pieces which I designed- a cubby wall unit for our guest room and a corner bench seat with pull out drawers for the master. His estimate was 10% higher than I was budgeting for, but his level of communication and email response time was awesome and I liked his demeanor and professionalism more than the other builders that I got quotes from- so that sealed the deal. Obie built everything faster than expected with no compromise to quality. Our house was built in 1915 and many of the walls aren't plumb which makes installing builtins a bit tricky. Obie worked tirelessly on the install and came back an additional day to make sure it was done right. I'm so happy with our builtins and the work Butterworth Designs did- will definitely hire Obie again for future projects!”

“Bob Colihan recently completed a total remodel of my kitchen and it is both elegant and functional. He and his staff demolished my old kitchen, installed new cabinets, moved a door and a window, increased the size by almost 50%, installed all new hardware and painted everything to match beautifully. He also recommended Lauren Shelby from Spaces Within who helped me choose colors and materials. I can't say enough great things about how easy it is too work with Bob, he is professional, friendly and manages the project from beginning to end - no detail is too small. I would recommend him for any job. He also provided and installed new bathroom cabinets last year which are also beautiful.”
