“In all our years of having work done on our home, we never had a more pleasant experience. From design to execution, Eric Smith and his team were the consummate professionals. The team always ensured perfection when it came to their work and were a pleasure to work with them on planning and execution of the project. Eric and team met deadlines, stayed within budget, and worked consistently to ensure that as customers we were satisfied. A wonderful experience over the course of about two months in building an addition to our home.”

“I used Mid Atlantic Tile to do a complete makeover of our master bathroom. The project went perfect from start to finish. Allison was patient when we made changes and she was helpful at making suggestions. The contractor, C.J., was fantastic and we have since had him do other work in our home. You hear so many horror stories and yet ours was the best experience we have ever had with any remodeling company! Barb P., Martinsburg, WV”

“What I liked most about granite works was that Ari really helped me find a great color granite that worked beautifully in my kitchen (and was not expensive!) The work was very professionally done and prompt.”

“I got high-end cabinets from Potomac Shores Cabinetry. Being tired of the way my kitchen looked I wanted a new custom layout and appearance. Very pleased with the result. Interestingly, a neighbor down the street began their kitchen remodeling when we did. They went with pretty good looking cabinets from a 'big box' store and it was surprising to see that it took them twice as long to get their cabinets as did ours. But more significantly, while theirs looks very nice, the real difference in quality is so obvious when you open a cabinet door or drawer ‒ the feel is klunky and cheap ‒ but they paid almost as much as we did … brings to mind the adage “cheap shoes are really expensive!””
J&D Kitchen Distributors, Inc

“If I had know about J & D before I made the dreadful mistake of contracting Hagerstown Kitchens, I would have been in much better hands. If I could give Hagerstown Kitchens 0 stars I would. Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The OWNER doesn't even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems. Quite honestly Hagerstown Kitchens prices are too high, and the gadgets that open and close the drawers and doors break often and have to be replaced. Should have gone to J & D and saved a few thousand$$$ as well as a lot of headaches.”
