Our designer Lauren who is based in the lovely new Ascot showroom, was warm and welcoming and took the time to really listen and understand our ideas and wants/needs. She came back to us with brilliant designs that we could never have achieved on our own. She has worked patiently with us throughout the design process making changes to achieve the best design going above and beyond to ensure that everything is correct. The installation will take place in the next couple of months once other renovations are completed and we can’t wait to see the final bathroom and shower room come to life.”
