“Our builder sent us to see Michele at The Granite Group in Groton. We took her advise and made an appointment to see Michele. Best thing we could have done! Michele listened carefully to what we were doing (turning a little summer cottage into a simple, forever home). She selected a few fixtures, brought them together and saw what we liked. Then she explained the price ranges (high to low) and what we were getting for each. What wasn't in the store showroom, Michele looked up in her catalogs for us to see and consider. She was respectful of our thoughts and concerns, and she never pressured us into buying one fixture over another. We went back two more times for additional things we needed to change because of a modification in layout. She handled everything professionally, and was sincerely eager to see the results of our collaboration. If you are a novice in bathroom and kitchen faucets and fixtures , as we were, we encourage you to work with Michele. She will not only guide but teach you, and she will never pressure you into buying anything you are not convinced is a good solution for your needs.”

Working along side with my contractor/designer, Caroline was professional, knowledgeable, and more importantly friendly and available. It seemed impossible to imagine that our kitchen could end up with more cabinets and more counter space and not feel cramped, but Caroline's expertise made it a reality. The finished product is truly a work of art and our dream kitchen.”

“Remodel of kitchen. Removed and disposed of existing cabinetry and countertops, as well as unwanted appliances. Installation of custom cabinetry, granite counterops. Installation of sink and faucet, plumb dishwasher. Install appliances. Removal of debris and clean up. Prompt service beginning with first consultation. Bruce and his wife, Laura, had great design suggestions and incorporated all my ideas as well. Deadline and budget were met. I have brought them back to give me estimates on renovating two bathrooms.”
