“Our experience with Bob McGinty and LVIC was nothing short of extraordinary. From the beginning of the process, in which Bob provided an honest, collaborative, and professional estimate for our project (finishing our basement), to the daily work of his great crew, to the phenomenal end result of a third level of living space for our home, we were absolutely thrilled at each step of the process. Long story short... LVIC is a fantastic company to work with - courteous, collaborative, amazingly talented craftsmanship, and overall great customer service. 5 stars!”

“Fran at Holod's takes her time with you. She's attentive, makes good suggestions, but doesn't ever try to to "sell" you anything. When small issues arise, she's quickly responsive and makes sure that the work gets done. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. All the contractors who worked on our kitchen remodeling were skilled, knowledgeable, timely, and a pleasure to work with. In our case, we were surprised to discover that we could get cabinetry that would fit our project better by using a custom builder-- for less than we expected. And we got beautifully-crafted pieces. No regrets... we would definitely use Holod's again.”

“We were referred by our neighbor who used Distinctive Elements for their kitchen. When we met Bo, the owner and designer, we immediately liked her as she is friendly and positive. Her design had a similar layout to other proposals, but Bo added an artistic flair by adding in angled cabinets with varied heights and depths that really made the finished project interesting and beautiful. She was quite flexible by incorporating our ideas into the final design which allows for a personalized touch. Her team was great. They were friendly, hard working and stayed right on schedule. There was one incident where they dropped our oven damaging the oven and the new floor. Without question, they fixed both at no extra cost and no delay in the project. The contractors for the cabinets, plumbing and granite were equally good. The finished product looks great! We would definitely use them again.”
