“I spent a long time researching kitchen companies. Tried the usual big players with the huge showrooms with mixed reviews. Then I read about some of the German kitchen suppliers and fitters, and their reputation for quality. This led me to Kutchenhaus in Clifton, Bristol. Originally, I used their online kitchen design app, to give me a ballpark figure for price. This compared favourably to some of the larger competitors so I booked an appointment for a design. Although the showroom in Bristol is modest, it was enough to confirm that the quality of the kitchens was good and introduce me to rest of the range. Its smaller size also meant it felt like a more personal experience and we got to spend lots of time refining our design with the manager and kitchen designer. The design process was very good. The designer was able to help us create our vision and gave us plenty of options when it came to price and to help us refine what we did and didn't want. In the end, the design was a very good price and more affordable than some others. We did, however, choose to buy our own appliances, which helped bring the price down. The delivery experience was also first rate. Despite having driven through the night to make their deliveries, the (massive and German) deliverymen were considerate and courteous. Even though we had yet to finish the room the kitchen was to be fitted in, they did not make a fuss when we asked them to load the units up in a different room. There was not a single item missing and they were thorough checking off everything from the list. We chose to have the kitchen fitted by own our fitters, rather than those from Kutchenhaus but had nothing but compliments from our fitters. Not just because of the quality of the carcasses and the door fronts, but that all the accompanying fixings ensured it was pieced together well. If I had any criticism, it would be that the door front for the dishwasher stumped our fitters. However, Kutchenhaus did send one of their own fitters to do it and proved it was far easier than we originally thought! Other than that, I would readily recommend Kutchenhaus. It was a great experience throughout, a good price (with no misleading sales - the kitchen was cheaper than others, even those having a 'sale'), no high-pressure selling and I have nothing but good things to say about the quality and finish.”

The work within the home is excellent and is of the highest quality with all trades being respectful whilst in your house. All work is tidied up at the end of the day. You are kept informed throughout the whole process as to what is happening when. “As local flooring company Precious Stone, we have supported Woodchester Cabinet Makers with their projects for the last eight years providing and installing flooring for their clients. Their workshop is a hive of activity with all the latest machinery and an abundance of old school craftsmen using hand lathes and traditional tools along side the lasers and bench saws. Carry on through the smell of wood shavings to a fully kitted out showroom with oodles of ideas and inspiration. There you will meet Lisa who is positive and extremely welcoming. Tim Buckingham is the Owner/Designer and a an enthusiastic charming character, full of ideas which he hand drawers for you in his studio. Their designs and level of craftsmanship is second to none in my opinion, they really do care about your project from start to finish. Lee, the business partner to Tim, fronts the installation team and makes sure that everything goes to plan with your new kitchen installation. He has a great eye for detail and makes sure you are 100% happy with the end result. Choosing marble worktops, stone floors, underfloor heating decisions, colour of units to building works and decorating! they cover eveything... Well Worth a visit...”

“First discovered Kutchenhouse in 2018 at a building exhibition. By 2019 we were ready to choose and design our kitchen, they had then opened a store in Cardiff. We knew roughly what we wanted, but with Shahab and Catrin we spent several hours and visits to end up with a kitchen which fitted our lifestyle, giving us a quality kitchen within our budget. We are thrilled with the end result; light, modern, spacious. I would definitely recommend them to our friends.”
