She listens deeply to her clients and was able to delicately wade through our indecision and refocus us when we were struggling with choices. Lois helped us create our favorite room in the house! “We hired Let's Remodel to do the flooring on our home remodel. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves throughout the project. I would highly recommend their services. Their craftsmanship was exceptional. We had some difficult tiles and angles that were tough to cut. They did a fantastic job.”

“We hired Mark to update our 1950s kitchen but to keep it in mid century modern style. After only an hour or two of brainstorming with Mark, we came up with a general plan for the remodel. Despite a limited budget, Mark and his professional team of woodworkers transformed our dated kitchen into a much more functional space. They replicated old cabinets and updated others. Mark and his team were reliable, creative, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with.”

She has worked with me on 2 homes, with both large and small projects, including our master bathroom remodel and poolhouse design. She always listens to what I want to achieve. Her decorating and design ideas have always exceeded my expectations. She is always professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Christi Towne to anyone who is looking for a designer/decorator for their home.”

“Last fall, we took on our first remodel project (master bath) and hired Kathie Maughan to work with us on the project. While we had the choice of just having her do a design for us, we knew we wanted the added comfort of having her handle all the details, and had her manage the project as well. This was a really good decision. Kathie made sure we felt comfortable with every phase of the project and worked hard at correcting any issues that came up. She checked in almost every day and was always available to answer my questions (even on a Saturday at one point). But beyond the pleasure of working with Kathie, is the pleasure of working with her wonderfully conscientious crew. They answered questions, explained processes and were unfailingly friendly and courteous. This is a great bunch of people to have come into your home and leave a beautiful space behind. We are truly pleased with the results and will use Maughan Design again in the future.”

“We asked Lori for a consulation for a re-do of our tiny kitchen. We wanted it open, bright, and updated. She is so approachable and her ideas were so on target! She really listened to us, and curated choices down so they were manageable and easy for us to make decisions. Her taste is impeccable. If we were leaning in a wrong direction, she was always able to help us understand her reasoning and realize the "vision". For example, I wanted glass for the top cabinets, but she explained that taking the cabinetry all the way to the ceiling would make the room feel larger. Boy, was she right! Folks have actually asked us if we had our ceiling raised! We love our "new" kitchen, and receive extremely complimentary feedback from everyone. Lori was incredibly knowledgable and - bonus! she was fun to work with. She nailed it!”
