“Solid team that knows what they are doing. The team at Green Planet Remodeling helped me renovate 2 bathrooms - and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience. They even provided me with a 3D Design for both of the bathrooms that another company wanted to charge me for! Easy to communicate. Highly recommend!”

“No 2nd quote! Yes! I signed my first ADU contract with DH! Either Sam and his team are too good, or I am too blind trusting, and so far, I think it is the former. Sam took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Shon, on phone with his manager, Idan. The team works very well together. I like that. Sam has the ability to remove all the doubts and questions I have, and he is a creative problem solver I did not mark a 5 star because we just started. Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. All in all, things look good.”

“After interviewing 12 contractors, we hired Case Remodeling to do what turned out to be a whole-house remodel. They re-designed and re-configured our kitchen, updated our fireplace and family room (it was added to 77 Ideabooks here on Houzz - too cool!), pull and replace our bathrooms, replace our flooring, and remove our popcorn ceilings. I have to say that I was impressed by them from the get-go. They listened to everything we had to say, as opposed to some contractors who brushed off our ideas. They realized that we weren't made of money, so there had to be a budget, where other contractors simply asked us to "trust them." They took our basic ideas and made them SO MUCH better. The designer we had gave us great options in the design. We worked with the designer and took the pieces we liked from each of her proposed designs to make the final design one that we totally loved. Our kitchen is a delight to be in, it has room for at least 15 people to dine, and many more to congregate and munch. Our family room is a warm and inviting room where we spend lots of time. We had ample input in to the design, and we were absolutely thrilled with the results. I truly appreciated that when we worked with Case, their designers, and their employees, they were incredibly knowledgeable, and they were honest. We didn't get a lot of "well...maybe..." talk, we got straightforward answers and reasonable estimates, regarding both time and money. They were realistic about what could and what couldn't be done, they were realistic about time frames and availability, and they didn't disappoint us. We'd recommend them - any time. Seriously.”

“Ed was recommended by our Realtor - we're not from the area, and were remodeling our parents' home for resale. It was a long haul for Ed, from Hayward to Walnut Creek, but he never complained. Scope was pretty extensive - full kitchen remodel, full remodel of half-bath, new flooring and fixtures in two full baths, all new interior doors, all new switches and outlets throughout 2,500 sq ft home, raise kitchen ceiling, completely demo, redesign and rebuild old mountain lodge look rock fireplace into modern modern honed limestone tile fireplace, and install new light fixtures inside and out, including new recessed lighting in kitchen. http://3225whitehaven.com https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=x2ERdFKdB00”

“It was a pleasure to work with a contractor who begins the process and completes the project with no complications or negatives. We had just that kind of perfect experience beginning construction in April and completing our new kitchen at the end of May, 2016. Our designer, Linda, set the tone by being a great listener and then offering suggestions, most of which we implemented in the design. The next step, meeting with Kat and Scott, made it clear that the process would have open communication, clearly defined scheduling, a professional crew headed by the project manager, Curt, and the neatest and cleanest worksite ever imagined. We are now the happy owners of a marvelous new kitchen. The problems that inevitably arose were resolved quickly, keeping us on schedule. We are proud that we picked the best contractor possible. We highly recommend MSK Design Build.”

The project manager took his time with me and we found the perfect design. I will say it also definetly for my budget. The work was amazing and completed in a timely manner. “My husband and I worked with Davis Home Pro on an extensive remodel of our 2,000 sq/ft home in Orinda. We took everything down to the studs and DHP did all new electrical, plumbing, dry wall, flooring, etc. Everyone we talked to cautioned us that our project would likely go way over budget and way over schedule. To our delight, this was not the case. DHP worked within our budget and provided alternatives when we need to cut costs. They were extremely up front with us from the get go and we knew exactly how much we were spending and when we went over budget it was our choice - not because we were forced into it or misled. Perhaps more importantly (we were expecting our first baby in the middle of this project), they were ON TIME. These two factors make them 5 stars in my opinion. I would say the quality of their work is very high. We have experienced some minor issues, like doors scraping floors or counters needing additional caulking. But DHP was quick to resolve during our 1-year warranty agreement. In addition to all this, Jason, Richard, Pete and team were a pleasure to work with. Extremely pro active and really nice people. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for jobs big and small.”
