“We recently worked with Refresh & Build to do some work in our kitchen, and in a few living spaces. We found out about them through a friend who had also had work done, and are very pleased with how great everything turned out. Our work included demolition, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, flooring and paint - so pretty much complete renovation. They are extremely experienced, were able to work within our budget and helped provide recommendations on materials. We worked most closely with Sam, who was extremely responsive and really helped take a lot of stress out of the project. Couldn’t be happier with the end results, and would definitely recommend them!”

“No 2nd quote! Yes! I signed my first ADU contract with DH! Either Sam and his team are too good, or I am too blind trusting, and so far, I think it is the former. Sam took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Shon, on phone with his manager, Idan. The team works very well together. I like that. Sam has the ability to remove all the doubts and questions I have, and he is a creative problem solver I did not mark a 5 star because we just started. Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. All in all, things look good.”

“Aleixo and the team did a great job on my guest bath remodel and service panel replacement. The project included all new bath fixtures, exhaust fan, lighting, vanity, mirrors, ceiling, walls, window, crown molding, tile shower/bath/floor and quartz vanity top. His workmanship is excellent. He is very detail oriented and has great ideas regarding do's and don'ts. He also replaced my electrical panel and pulled new circuits to the bath room. Everything is now to code! I have already asked Aleixo to do the master bath room. I highly recommend Cano Eixo Construction. You will be thrilled with the results and his level of professionalism and expertise. “Kelly was extremely professional and her knowledge about interior decorating is excellent. She asked me several questions to receive a better understanding of what type of furniture that I liked and then provided me with several photos of excellent well-made furniture. Kelly's furniture and artwork prices are extremely reasonable. Her follow through was phenomenal from ordering the furniture, developing it, shipping and most important asking me if I was satisfied with the furniture. The team at Green Planet Remodeling helped me renovate 2 bathrooms - and remedied a lot of the shoddy work that was lurking behind the wall (thanks to my crappy builder for those surprises). Good guys that were efficient and professional through the whole experience. They even provided me with a 3D Design for both of the bathrooms that another company wanted to charge me for! “We love our new bathroom! It turned out exactly as we had hoped and planned, and we wouldn't change a thing. All thanks go to Blues Brothers Construction, and especially to Onn. We've done several remodels and this was the most fun and satisfying. Like the other remodels, there were problems and mistakes to be dealt with along the way. The difference with this company is how they handled the issues. In every case, they listened to our concerns without defensiveness and insisted on doing it correctly without shortcuts. Several times, I indicated I would be satisfied with a less expensive workaround, but Onn assigned someone immediately to do it right or even worked the issue himself. This often resulted in something better than we had originally envisioned. The employees and independent contractors were all very pleasant to work with. The tile installer was especially skilled at his craft and went above and beyond in making sure the tile went in perfectly. In a few cases, the installers were not very familiar with the products they were installing, but they were very receptive to our suggestions or pointing out where something was going off track, so everything turned out great in the end. Onn has set up very effective processes for his company. Communication was excellent and the employees and contractors were all aware of the schedule, daily tasks and routines, and the design plan. All the employees were very engaged and seemed to like and respect their employer. Onn's plans were very detailed and made it very easy to iterate on the design and track the construction progress. The professionalism of their process was similar to much larger, more expensive firms but, instead of resulting in increased costs like the others, we think it improved their efficiency and held down costs. As they stated, They are not the cheapest or most expensive contractor, and we found that to be true. The quote was very fair but what set them apart is that the estimate didn't change at all through the design process except for some very small additions that we clearly added. And the same price and schedule held through the entire project, again except for a few small changes we requested. Onn suggested several design tweaks that all improved the final product but all were no cost items and or very minor charges where they clearly needed to order more expensive materials. This was a vastly different experience from other contractors who promised a range of cost but grossly inflated the price after detailing the design even though nothing changed. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blues Brothers Construction for any home remodel and will gladly go to them again for our future needs.”

I heard about these guys because of my friend. I met EZ (the main project manager) after scheduling the appointment. He guided us through the entire process with ideas, advises and material selection. I liked his vision and we agree on the budget. Few days later the project started.
