“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “Just completed our Bathroom Remodeling with Optimal and we can't be more happy. We must say that we had great feeling about Optimal Home Remodeling from the moment we scheduled our appointments. The process was very professional and efficient, we had our meeting within few days and our quote in less than a day after our meeting. The cost felt fair and reasonable and we signed a contract. Next thing was obtaining city permit which was handled by Optimal as well. Construction went smooth, passed all city inspections and finish on time. If you're looking for honest and responsible company who doesn't compromise on quality use Optimal. We'll definitely use them for our future projects.”

“Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. I did research on my own and found JB construction! They came in gave me a bad and once I accepted they started right away and finished on time. They exceeded every expectations.”

“I had living room, dining room and kitchen totally remodeled. I have very limited space and Doreen was able to get every last inch for me. She worked with the contractor seamlessly as if they were a team. I am so pleased in having her as my designer. She was able to get more storage and space in my kitchen then I ever thought possible. I even still have a few sheves still empty. She understood my cost constraints and still made my house look like a million bucks. Words used by my friends after seeing the remodel are incredible, awesome, beautiful, unbelieveable, and stunning.”
