“My husband and I first hired Ion Builders in late 2014 to remodel the vanities and counters in two of our bathrooms, and we are thrilled with the results. The work was completed while we were on vacation – something we were reluctant to do at first – and our trust in Trevor Yee and his crew was rewarded with a high-quality job done seamlessly without our having to experience all the upheaval that such jobs usually entail for homeowners who remain on the premises. Trevor personally did a walk-through with us upon our return and handled two or three small changes we requested on the spot. We hired Trevor again in early 2015 for some additional work at our home, including a very difficult replacement of some upper level windows, again with excellent results. We highly recommend Trevor Yee and Ion Builders to anyone looking for a friendly, responsible, top-quality licensed contractor.”

“Robert is the owner of This company called Bob Mahalo. I am not a contractor, therefore I seeked Robert's advice on his expertise regarding what repairs I should do without going over my head in expenses. The magic he did was amazing and at a reasonable cost. Following his advice along the way as to how to renovate my unit was remarkable for the price. The outcome was: The first family that walked through my unit offered me $10,000.00 more than what we asked. SOLD and we are closed. We are pleased.”

“We decided to remodel the living room, dining room and kitchen to expand the space, add a family room, move the half bath and update the kitchen. The kitchen was 20+ years old and had formica counters so desperately needed to be updated. Rather than just renovate the kitchen, we decide to go big and Breck took care of it all, from design to build. Our favorite feature of the design is the kitchen. All of the elements come together to make it a functional, beautiful kitchen that takes into account our desire to display items, entertain and have places to sit casually (around the counter) and formally (dining room). The kitchen is no longer a separate room but an integral part of the space. We got everything we wanted but could not visualize it until Breck came up with the design and suggestions. The computerized drawings helped us visualize it, which made decision making a lot easier. Working with Breck and his company was a good experience. The crew was trustworthy, they cleaned up at the end of each day and did a good job. Breck is very professional. We selected Breck because we knew he was professional, had the design certifications and is meticulous.”
