“I hired O'Hanlon Kitchens to remodel my old farmhouse kitchen. They did an excellent job, despite the unlevel floors and uneven walls. They were very patient while I chose my new counter top and hardware, advising me along the way to give me the best result. Their attention to detail was amazing and the quality of their work was outstanding. The would even sweep the whole floor every day before they went home, so it didn't seem like I was living in the middle of a construction zone. I had obtained bids from other contractors, and O'Hanlon was competitive and really listened to what I wanted in my vision for a new kitchen. If I had another kitchen to remodel they would be the company I would hire. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone hoping to remodel their kitchen.”

“Joe and his team are simply the best at what they do! I initially hired them to remodel my master bath and when that turned out so beautiful and was done in less time. I hired them again to remodel my kitchen and other small renovations around the house. “We hired Ellene to draw a plan for our home renovation, which involved enlarging our kitchen, enclosing a sunroom, and reconfiguring an existing den. While other neighbors with the same model house had done projects to expand their kitchens, we wanted to use the combined space to get an additional bedroom, small bathroom, and larger kitchen while at the same time only reducing the den slightly. After taking measurements, Ellene spent hours discussing with us how we could best use the space to meet our needs. She asked detailed questions to make sure we would have adequate storage, that the kitchen would conveniently accommodate appliances large and small, and that the new layout would work for our busy family. She was a valuable resource as we made decisions about types of appliances, pantry design, and much more. Five years after the renovation was completed, I can say the money we paid Ellene (just a tiny percentage of the total project!) was money very well spent. We are thrilled with the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and den, and at no point have I said "I wish I would have done X, Y, or Z differently." I have gotten Ellene's input on other home improvements since then, and she always adds a valuable perspective and is a pleasure to work with.”

“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

“I truly want to point out the professionalism of United Cabinet Store. We had a very pleasant experience with this company. They had renovated our kitchen for a fair price compared to other remodeling companies out in the MD area. Very knowledgeable and helpful customer service. Alex was very professional and very to the point where we needed some clarifications regarding to questions and he took his time to answer every each one of them. We were astonished with their service and didn't really expected this much help from them. 5 star for their service. Thanks again for helping me getting a brand new kitchen.”

“The crew was on time every morning and worked at least part of every day during the period. Length of day depended on what materials had been delivered, whether there was wet paint or spackling that had to be allowed to dry, etc. Our contract called for the work to be done in seven weeks and it was done in six. The final cost was very close to the original estimate and we were notified of any adjustments, plus or minus, when they occurred, so there were no surprises or sticker shock. For example, Steve suggested changing the original plan by moving the toilet to a better location, which would open the bathroom up much more and make it noticeably larger. It was a great idea, but there was a slight additional cost for plumbing and we were told this before the change was made and we approved it. By the same token, an original plan to build a new closet in the adjoining room was dropped and there was a corresponding reduction in the costs. Mickey made two or three visits to our house to scope out possible plans for the new bathroom long before work began. He also spent an entire day with us visiting the various shops that sold the materials we needed, including counter tops, tile, and plumbing fixtures. He also ordered cabinets and other materials to our specifications. The quality of the work was first rate and we are very happy with the new bathroom, closet and hallway. There were some minor fixes and touch ups that were needed in the days following completion of work, and someone was here promptly each day to complete them until we were satisfied. The crew deserves special praise for their excellent work, terrific attitude, professionalism and friendliness. If you are going to have people working in your house for six weeks, these are the kind of guys you want doing the work. We became friends with all of them and will have them back for more work this year. All in all, we could not be happier with Hassle Free Home Improvements and highly recommend the company.”

“Awesome experience from our first meeting with Tyler to the completion of the job. His workers were punctual and meticulously clean. They cleaned up everyday, always made sure where we wanted placement of bars, bench and racks. This remodeling job was painless, I would recommend Boss Design Center to everyone. Great experience”
